Motley Crue - Dr. Feelgood

This weeks review is of Motley Crue's "Dr. Feelgood". This is an awesome album. I barely know where to begin with all the great tracks this record has. The title track "Dr. Feelgood" is a hard rock'in song about a drug dealer who eventually gets busted. I recently sang this at a karaoke bar and everyone loved it. One of my most favorite tracks is "Don't Go Away Mad". Much like a country rock song it is very laid back and is just one of those songs you can sit back and relax and sing along to and just feel really good about life. It may be my favorite Crue songs ever. Another well know from this album is "Kickstart My Heart". An awesome song about the bands journey to greatness that just really kicks butt, a very tight strong track if you ask me. The one ballad on the album is "Without You" which doesn't disappoint. Other great tracks are "Same O'le Situation", "Slice of Your Pie", "Rattlesnake Shake" and "She Goes Down". The album does feature cameos from Steven Tyler and Sebastian Bach. Overall this is one of the best rock albums of all time and like I usually say and it is very true, an album that hold great memories for me growing up as a young rock fan.
